Continuing through our journey of Deuteronomy chapter 4 we hone in this session regarding verse 26- “I call heaven and earth to witness against you.” The rabbit hole of this passage might be much deeper than ever anticipated, but the approach is well justified in Scripture. The context of this passage must first be uncovered in the Torah to see the purpose of the heavenly luminaries as a witness which in turn gives a lot of context to end-time events yet unseen.
